“The national training plan”has sung the battle horn to revitalize the basic educationof central and western rural areas in our country, has been a major move to change thebackward situation of basic education in rural areas, and even has been one of the effectivemeasures to balance the development between urban and rural education. Among the educationalpractice, the post practice of college normal school students is a new thing on the roadof seeking the way of practice. It improves greatly the normal and practical function ofthe normal education. It asks college normal school students to rural schools to participatein internships while the teachers replaced down from the rural primary and secondary schoolgo to college to be trained. The post practice of university of normal school studentsimproves the quality of rural basic education, and lays a good foundation to deliveryqualified personnel and excellent teachers for rural basic education in our country. Thishas fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the post practice, and then what is the statusof post practice effectiveness? What is the reason? And how to deal with this? Only a seriesof problems to be solved, we will ensure the effectiveness of the post practice.In this paper, based on the tool of the literature, questionnaire, interview andquestionnaire analysis, the writer selects part of Henan University students participatingin the post practice as the research object. Analyses the development overview of postpractice, the theoretical significance of the national training plan, and the currentsituation of the effectiveness of the post practice to the normal students, and then proposessome strategies to solve these problems.Part1: In this part the writer gives the theoretical significance and the developmentprofiles of post practice. Post practice is an effective way to improve normal school students’ ability of integrating theory and practice, strengthen their reflection abilityand improve their consciousness. On the other hand, the writer describes the theoreticalbasis of the post practice, including “final prophet” thoughts from Tao Xingzhi、theoryof practice of Mao Zedong and the theory of constructivism.Part2: In this part the writer explains the overview of the development of the postpractice, including that of Henan province. The development of post practice includes threestages of start-up, development and promotion and its development in Henan province.Part3:"In this part the writer mainly explans the status of effectiveness of the NormalSchool Students’ post practice and problem analysis. Because of the normal schools andpractice schools lack of communication; the normal school curriculum contempt the practiceand pay attention to the theories; management system is incomplete; the supervisionmechanism is not perfect; grass-roots government attaches importance; insufficient funding;higher education and basic education lack of cooperation;the training content is notclear;lack of qualified teachers; these have led to the lack of normal school studentsto post practice effectiveness.Part4: The writer from the multiple perspectives to explore the effectiveness of theimplementation strategy of the" national training plan "post practice of normal schoolstudents. The writer most from the implementation of the post practice; protection andpre-service training aspects are discussed.
