Specialization is the world trend of teachers'education, and the inevitable choice of teachers'educational reform in our country. In this specific background, normal universities in China as the main channel for teachers' education, actively explored and constructed open, pluralistic, integrated teachers' training system. "Replacement practice, two-way internship training" came into being, and got a good effect on a trial basis.This subject used documentary research, experience summarized method, comparative study and interview, analyzed "replacement practice, two-way internship training" in-depth, compared and generalized the practical information of 31 normal universities, and tried to build a relatively comprehensive reform program with the advanced ideas of the integration of teachers' education and teacher professional development. It aims at enriching the theory of teachers' education, promoting the reform of teachers' training mode, and providing reference for scientific decision-making to the education administrative department of China.Specifically, the article consists of five parts. The first is an introduction, overviewed the reason of the topic, the definition, current research situation,significance, research methods and the main innovation; The second is about the development and evolution, focused on the feasibility of "two-way internship training" starting with the four forms of replacement practice. The third is the theoretical basis, used knowledge of pedagogy, philosophy, ecology and anthropology into teachers' education reform, in order to provide a theoretical guidance for "two-way internship training". The forth is about the procedures and operational tactics, which is divided into two chapters considering the many words, found the essential routes and major steps of "two-way internship training", and put forward targeted optimization measures for every step. The fifth is a conclusion, reflected the deficiencies of the article and proposed suggestions for future research. Integration of teachers'education is the common goal of the international teachers' education reform. Among the reform processes, we must be oriented by the theory of teachers' specialization, complete and improve the new teachers' education mode which is suitable for our national condition, in order to promote teachers' professional development and improve teacher' education quality effectively.
