With the primary and secondary school teachers training attract more and more attention around the world,teachers in our country education development will also spend more energy in the teachers’ training. Primary andmiddle school teachers training development are experiencing a long time in the world, small and medium-sizedschool want to combining the development trend gradually. The development of these countries experienceprove that colleges and their rich resources in teacher education and training primary and secondary schoolteachers in the function of any other training institutions is unable to substitute. While our primary and middleschool teacher training just to university, using the college material resources and education resources, in theprocess of development need time to explore the right way and the method of will to get up to speed, in order toachieve the reciprocal benefit mutual benefit common development level. The author and college in the use ofresources as a starting point, trying to find out the resources of problems in the primary and secondary schoolteachers training in China, putting forward appropriate strategies to deal with, in order to enhance the efficiencyof resource utilization, avoiding the waste of resources, and promoting the development of primary and middleschool teachers’ training, in order to improve the primary and secondary school teachers capability.Because our country college for teacher training is not very long, development process also has certainlimitations and problems, the use of resource also has certain unreasonable, so these limitations and problems ofthe existence is also understandable. This paper mainly USES the methods of interview and questionnaire, theauthor of college and university teachers training management personnel and the instructor interview, trainingfor primary and secondary school teachers and individual interview questionnaire survey, mainly concentrated inthe unit of Henan university, Henan education college and the Shangqiu teachers college, and Chinese, English,physics, chemistry, mathematics, information education, geography survey and found that of focus and analysis,the author concluded that in the primary and secondary school teachers in universities in China resources in thetraining of the main contents of existing problems.Compared with the world teacher training development more perfect countries, our primary and middleschool teacher training development lack of enough legal and policy provisions and ensure that, in theimplementation of the standards and regulations also have certain lack. Especially in primary and middle schoolteachers training college the role play, because of the lack of corresponding security plus related personnel andunit concept and consciousness not enough attention, training work not become a mere formality, this is notonly a waste of resources in university rich, more affected our country the whole primary and secondary school teachers in the rapid development of the team. Through to the other country development experience ofabsorbing, the author mainly from the view of management is proposed to solve these problems his ownthinking and to build up the strength of the policy and the law is for security, regulating the primary andsecondary school teachers in colleges and universities, the detailed rules training standards; strengthen trainingrelated personnel and part of the communication and coordination and promoting the common resources in theprimary and secondary school teachers in the training to make full use of; university and primary and secondaryschools form of mutual cooperation, it is not only the international teachers’ education development trends, butalso improve the theory training and primary and secondary school teachers college teacher and practical abilityof effective way; university training the limitation of time to the limitations of the effect, therefore such asschool-based training and mutual combination, achieve the sustainable impact of teacher training, and thenpractice of teachers education to continue. Above are the main content of this paper, because of the writer’s ownability is limited, thinking about the problem is still not very deep, form of hope into our primary and middleschool teacher this whole team and the improvement of the quality of the full use of resources to make theircontribution.
