With the development of the new era and reform deeply. We give classroom management new requirements, For this situation, the author has researched the junior high school classroom management and studied. To find out problems, and solve them out.To take Tianjin Hexi District M middle school as an example, using the methods of literature and questionnaire looks for junior high school classroom management advantages and disadvantages carefully. The body consists of seven parts, the first part is an introduction, including research background, research purpose、 significance and the definition of related concepts. The second part is the literature review of relevant research at home and abroad. The third part is the theoretical basis of this study, including Rodgers’s humanistic educational thought, C anter&M. Canter’s theory, W.Glasser’s theory. The fourth part is the research method and process, through the questionnaire survey results on junior high school classroom management, for detailed analysis of the status quo. The fifth part mainly introduces the current junior high school classroom management advantages and disadvantages, and analyze the causes. The sixth part is junior high school classroom management, aiming at the problems of classroom management, give four measures:(one) teachers needs to learn, training classroom management knowledge, improving classroom management level (two) to establish democratic, equal, respect to each other between teachers and students (three) the establishment effective classroom routine (four) strengthen the classroom environment management. Improving teaching ability. The seventh part is the epilogue, It discuss that the research will direct education and teaching in the future. The results of this study for junior high school classroom management’s theory and practice play a guiding role.
