Rural population accounts for the majority proportion of the total population in China. Since the implementation of the2003Rural Distance Project, regardless of the level of teachers’ teaching or student learning, all of them have been made a lot of improvement and enhancement. Along with the progressing of project gradually, a series of problems need to be resolved, for example, how to make the school to maintain an effective sustainable development, how to promote the professional development of teachers, how to achieve the lifelong education of teachers. This paper study is in this setting.The specific contents of this article are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. The part introduces the background and significance of the research, objectives and content of the paper, research ideas and methods, and research status from domestic and abroad.The second chapter is the Construction for structure system of Chinese teachers’ professional skills. Firstly, according to professional skill outline standards for college student and other some professional standards, I sketched a first draft of the structural system for teachers’ professional skills. Secondly, I make a lot of investigation of questionnaires and interviews based on the standards above. Finally, I obtained a professional skills system for Chinese teachers.The third chapter is the development research for Tianmen chinese teachers’ professional skills. The part is studied from two aspects:case studies and the video studies. The data of the research were collected from the before and after implementation period of Rural Distance Education Project. Case studies mainly assess through the gauge, video studies mainly analyze by ITIAS tools.The fourth chapter is the achievement and problems for the Tianmen Chinese teachers’professional skills development. This module focuses on the access of teachers’ professional skills as implementation of Rural Distance Education Project, as well as existing problems.The fifth chapter is the development strategies for Tianmen Chinese teachers’ professional skills. According to the problems raised by the fourth chapter, I puts forward some specific settled measures and improving methods.The sixth chapter is epilogue. This section is to analysis some of the deficiencies in the paper studies. I am cordially corrected by experts.
