Modern Distance Education Project Of Hebei Province, Rural Primary And Secondary Team-building Study

Compared with the developed areas, the modern distance education in rural middle and primary schools of the central and west regions still has a long way to go. In order to narrow the "digital gap" the government launched the modern distance education project of primary and middle schools of countryside in May, 2003. With the completion of the demonstration pilot project, the project has been carried out in more than 20 provinces of our country.To ensure high efficiency and strong operability of the project, it is necessary for us to make deep and concrete researches into the construction of the modern distance education of rural primary and middle schools. The research is of great value for question-exploring and solving problems.The subject that the thesis focuses is on the basis of studying relevant policies and regulations, through face-to-face interview and questionaires investigation, etc. The research is consisted of four parts. The first part contains the background and values of the research, definition of related terms, and a detailed introduction of the "three models" of the distance education project. The second part is about the research methods. All the problems discovered in the interviews and questionnaires investigation are listed in the third part and suggested solutions are proposed in the last part.The thesis insists on the combination of theory and practice, following the principles of practicability, science and validity. We will be extremely pleased if the suggested solutions can be helpful for the construction of the distance education project.
