China had entered the Aging Society.The problems of Aging Society have brought enormous pressure for the national social economic development, affected the speed of economic development, hampered the improvement of living standards. It is no doubt that the urban young elderly has a quite large proportion in the whole elderly population in our country. As the potential labor resource, Urban younger elderly need more reasonable socialization to play a very important role in promoting the economic growth still.It is based on the above facts, this article take the continuing socialization of urban young elderly as a starting point, from the point of view of development of Human Resources and the intervention of Social Work, to analyse the continuing socialization of urban young elderly, tries to explore the possible pathway to promote the continuing socialization on the urban young elderly.Then we can make the second development of human resources, making them from the pure consumer into the active creators of material wealth.The full text is divided into five parts:the first part is the first part is introduces the research background and significance, the relevant theories and research status; the second part the second part focuses on the analysis of situation of the urban young elderly’s continuing socialization; the third part analyzes the problems the urban young elderly encounter in the process of continuing socialization; the fourth part, from from the point of view of development of Human Resources and the intervention of Social Work, provides some countermeasures and the suggestion to improve their continuing socialization; the fifth part is the conclusion of the paper.
