Medical social work as a new phenomenon, the gradual rise in Chinese society, it turns out, development depends on its commitment in the modern health care system, the basic functions and play an important role, it can be said, medical social work service is both a modern health care system important part of the measure an important indicator of the modern medical services, is an important symbol of the modern medical services. Medical social work with its professional, diversified services play an increasingly important role in the field of medical services. Be concerned about its values, conflicts and ethical issues that may arise in the context of the development has a very important significance for the norms of professional ethics and professionalism, and medical social workers took to the inevitable requirement of the professional road. Medical social work in China as the emerging field of modern social work, development is still at an initial stage. Medical social work practice, goals, skills and ethics are three inseparable factors. In principle, ethics should play the role of commander in chief.The writing of this paper is based on I have in the process of learning in the professional field to a hospital in a two-month internship in practice I found the relevant aspects of the problem, its entry point of the thesis, the research method is literature, interview and observation of the combination of sorting through the early literature, understand the areas of involvement, and found that the actual existence of the ethical dilemmas in a step-by-step interview process, and ultimately achieve the goal of problem-solving.The article is divided into four parts, the first research on social work ethics, ethical dilemmas, medical social work were summarized, to pave the way as they are on the mechanics of writing, then the Introduction to ethical decision-making principles and ethical decision-making model content, followed by the actual case studies to explore the ethical dilemmas encountered in the actual working practices and guiding principles to address these problems in order to make medical social workers to have a preliminary understanding of related issues that may be encountered in the practical work and to provide reference for their decision-making in the action, and finally pointed out the deficiencies and areas for improvement in the course of the study, as well as the outlook on the prospects for the development of medical social work.
