Ethical Dilemmas In Social Work Practice And Its Countermeasures

use of community organizations and community resources,create favorable conditions for the implementation of community correction.Ethical dilemma is an important issue that runs through the whole process of social work.It is not only the most severe test for every social worker,but also the most effective measure to test the practical ability of social workers.Proper processing practices in the correct ethical dilemma,determines the corrective social work program can be carried out smoothly,the realization of the goal,but also affects the social work profession and correction of social workers in the social public status and reputation.During the period of correcting social work practice,the author uses observation and interview methods to collect information,including the basic situation of the subject,the ethical dilemmas and reasons encountered at each stage of the correction,and the ethical choice.Through collation and analysis,we can find the types and reasons for the correction of ethical dilemmas in social work.First,the conflict between the interests of the principal and the safety needs of others.In the process of practice,to rectify the social worker need to consider client confidentiality if the client himself or other people or the threat of injury,the main reason is the internal conflict between professional values.Due to the special nature of the correction of social work cases,the correction of social workers needs to pay attention to their own safety,but the correction of social work is also a social vulnerable groups and needs to correct the care of social workers.Second is the conflict between process requirements and corrective work objectives.The goal is to make the correction of social work service objects can be completed on time and as specified in the community correction,but the social work professional and ethical requirements in practice with respect to the main case,when the main case of violation of the provisions of others,all workers agree that the highest value of life,the protection of any person's life is a priority principle.The correction of social workers should not only protect other lives,but also pay attention to their own safety.Secondly,it is to provide services.In order to correct the role orientation of social workers,the authors suggest that social workers should play different roles in different stages of the correction process,so as to make corresponding roles.As a corrective social worker,must recognize the conflict between law and ethics have occurred,when conflicts arise,to rectify the social worker must carefully weigh the pros and cons,can be more effective in practice.In the work,according to the actual situation to consider short-term and long-term interests of the client,the client to make favorable choice.Correctional workers should respect the principle of self-determination of the owners,but the premise is that they do not harm the life of the object of service and the safety of others,and finally make appropriate decisions.Broaden the evaluation indicators of institutions,pay more attention to the use of professional skills and improve the
