China's overall strength of weightlifting is relatively strong,is our advantage project and the Olympic gold medal of key projects.Chinese men's weightlifting team is the world's more powerful team,while the world has already occupied a significant position,especially in the small-level projects have a more obvious advantage.Pre-competition training is an important part of the preparation of weightlifting athletes,its most distinctive feature is the load intensity and load of the grasp,whether the pre-competition load training arrangements will directly affect or determine the outcome of the game.In recent years,China's weightlifting world's awareness of pre-competition training continues to improve,but the theoretical summary of less,there is no good case to reveal the pre-competition load training arrangements.Liao Hui is the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games champion,as a representative of Chinese men's weightlifting athletes,the preparation of the experience of competition is worth learning from coaches and athletes.This paper studies and analyzes the pre-competition training load arrangement of Liao Hui in preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games,National Games and World Championships in 2008-2009 by using literature,expert consultation,case study and mathematical statistics.Conclusions:1.Liao Hui three pre-competition training arrangements in the special technical training to snatch-based,showing a combination of training and competition characteristics;auxiliary training content is to improve the body explosive force and lower limb strength of the wide pull and squatting Class training content,and the proportion of squat training in the three races of the pre-competition training gradually increased,indicating that Liao Hui attaches great importance to improve the leg strength to ensure the stability of the game to play,showing a combination of technology and strength characteristics.2.Liao Hui special training pre-competition training to 70%-80% of the low-intensity training,while more than 95% of the red intensity training;auxiliary training,the wide pull class to low-intensity training,accompanied by 120% and more than 130% of the red intensity training.Narrow pull training intensity,medium and small uniform distribution,and the proportion of training is relatively small.Squat class training ratio increased gradually,the training intensity to 120-140% of the red intensity of training-based,more than 150% strength also occupies a considerable proportion.3.Liao Hui pre-competition training for the preparation of the overall characteristics of the first two weeks of training a little larger,the training intensity was gradually increasing trend.The training intensity of the four weeks training period follows the high-low-high-low wave type characteristics.Liao Hui training load and load intensity of the arrangements before the show as a whole to increase the amount of training,load intensity decreased,reduced load,load intensity increased;accompanied by load intensity and load at the same time increase or decrease the appropriate training week.4.Liao Hui pre-competition training arrangements to show a combination of training and competition characteristics,the second shows the combination of technology and special forces characteristics.Load and load intensity of the reasonable arrangements for the continuous improvement of Liao Hui achievements lay a good foundation.
