In the context of the teachers’ professional development and the curriculum reform ofthe basic education, this paper treats the high school information technology teachers inSuzhou city as the research object, hopes to acquire the high school informationtechnology teachers’ identity status quo in Suzhou city, and tries to explore the relevantfactors that affect it, so as to improve the teachers’ identity in Suzhou city.On the basis of the analysis in the literature, this paper mainly used qualitativeresearch method. Data collection adopts semi-structured interviews. Based on thedefinition of the identity and related analysis, combined with the analysis of six teachers’interviews, the author puts forward the relevant conclusions and suggestions.Firstly, the information technology teacher identity status quo is summarized fromidentity awareness, identity emotion and development wishes; Secondly, from theindividual teachers, school organizational culture, and national education policy, theinfluencing factors of information technology teachers are described and analyzed; Finally,this paper puts forward specific recommendations to improve the information technologyteachers’ sense of identity, and promote their professional development. |
