In the beginning of2001, there were69university were approved by the national department of education to establish there own network education branch. The network education has become the most significant part of education system in our country day by day. After decade years’researching, thousands of students graduated from network school successfully and a large number of advance useful graduates from network school have been leaded in the human resource market. The scale of network education has been enlarged. And the technology of network education platform has become mature. At the same time, the quality of network education has attracted much more researcher’s attention.The students were the principle part of network education. They were receivers and targets. The satisfaction of students was the most important standard of the network education quality. In this paper, the students of Southwest JiaoTong university network school were treated as object of research. Their learning style, satisfaction and purpose were researched. The relationship of these three factors is researched too. The believe function value, validity analysis, factor analysis, T party distribution, single factor variance analysis, person analysis and multi-factors linear regression analysis were used to process the data which is collected by questionnaire. The conclusion is:the background of student is related to learning style, learning purpose and learning satisfaction. And there is no evidence to proved learning purpose learning style and learning satisfaction were related with each other. And the learning purpose is related to learning satisfaction obviously. The stronger leaning purpose the student has the more learning satisfaction they got.Some useful suggestions for network education development were mentioned out in the end part of this paper, which is according to the reference article and real data.
