With the development and perfection of market economy system, the student’s education consumer identity has been confirmed. Although the consumer satisfaction research gradually rich, there still has certain insufficiency in education consumer satisfaction in the student satisfaction research, therefore, this study treat professional sports colleges swimming students’learning satisfaction as respondent, mainly adopts questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, and the exploratory factor analysis of mathematical statistics methods, aiming at sthdying the learning satisfaction scale and exploring thesituation of learning satisfaction of students whose special project is swimming in professional sports colleges, finally get the following conclusion:(1) the inventory at the beginning of this study includes 11 factors and 111 items, such as facilities, teachers, safety factor, student factor, teaching effect, teaching goal, interpersonal relationship, performance evaluation, curriculum, teaching content.(2) issue the preliminary survey to students of the Beijing sports university, capital universitu of physical education and sports, shandong sports university and wuhan sports university whose special project is swimming, use the item analysis and factor analysis to chose items, finally retain 26 item, and its combined into five factors, naming assurance factors, physical factors, effectiveness factors, reliability and reactive factors.(3) issue the scale which has been chosen to test reliability and validity, acroding to the result the scale has good stability and reliability, each dimension index is good, and has good stability and structure validity, determined to be the formal scale.(4) using the formal scale to investigate the of special learning satisfaction of students whose special project is swimming: a、Four dimensions’ average score reach " satisfaction", but just in or near a satisfactory degree, and as a result, there is a need to take relevant work in order to improve the students’studying swimming special satisfaction;b. Guarantee level item has the highest average, but the most item’ minimum value is 1, which is not very satisfied, instructions that the guarantee level still has the space to improve;c、effectiveness level is at the third place, reaching the satisfaction level. But it is still necessary to keep an eye on training and improve the special emphasis on the students’learning interest and enthusiasm; it should put the comprehensive teaching into effect, and to meet the demand of students’ professional developmentd、Reliability factor is the second, but there are some problems in comprehensive content, therefore, teachers should value the importance and should strive to improve and adjust the teaching content, in order to achieve better teaching effect, promote the development of students..e、reactivity has the minimum average. the class time arrangement, curriculum interval arrangement is unreasonable, therefore, the school should arrange the arrangement order of subject curriculum and practical curriculum, and the special theory to carry out in the teaching system, in order to meet the special special comprehensive development of students.f、Physical is the fourth, in this factor, each school should pay attention to the temperature of swimming poll water, because it is in the unsatisfecion place.
