Teachers’ professional development is commonly concerned by all the countriesin teacher development, teacher development is the world common goals, enhancephysical fitness, improve health, is our acceptance of physical education is the mostdirect purpose. After years of research and development, on the professionalization ofteachers has formed a relative consensus: teacher specialization is a state and societyand individuals to work together in the process, is a continuous improvement process.Physical education teaching is a dynamic, teaching content is multiple, constituentform is complex and changeful, interpersonal communication is not fixed, it is sportsscience and other subjects in the professional characteristics of the most essentialdistinction, physical education teachers’ professional development is the key toimprove the teaching professional ability level, the education development needs theteacher, education reform success or failure key lies in the teachers, sports disciplineis: competitive, communication, classroom atmosphere is the control ofcomprehensive cross subject.The present study from the city of Beijing Haidian District junior middle schoolphysical education teachers’ professional status existing problems, three levels ofphysical education teachers to investigate, city-level demonstration school,district-level demonstration school, normal school, the PE teacher s professionalknowledge, professional ability, professional affection, vocational education currentsituation, find out the existing issues and analysis and research, this article for furtherpromoting the specialization of physical education teacher ’s scientific developmentput forward some suggestions:1. To improve the physical education teachers’ Pre-service Education Standards,for teachers’ professional development and lay a good foundation.2. Diligent in thinking, able to learn from other disciplines, so the internal conversion cost subject specific teaching professional ability3. To promote the school-based training model, school-based training reflects thelifelong learning education guiding ideology, it is continuous, practicality, flexibilityand so on4. Multi level, deepen the network learning, knowledge is transmitted to everyteacher, and all-round, three-dimensional physical education teachers’ professionaldevelopment...
