In real life there are a lot of uncertainty mathematical problems. Probability andstatistics are the useful tools by which people get to know the uncertaintymathematical phenomenon. The certainty conclusion that exists in the uncertaintymathematical phenomenon is of importance for people to guide their socialproduction and life.Probability and statistics with social functions have been paid more attention inprimary and middle schools of our country. The content of probability and statisticsis set in different learning stages of the mathematical course with examination system,content and form. After learning of probability and statistics, student can obtain lotsof benefits no matter they are admitted to high school or employed in society. It canalso shorten the distance between the students and the realistic society. They are ableto deal with some problems by statistical theory and stochastic ideas.At present, there is a situation in probability and statistics teaching that studentscannot deal with actual questions but only do homework of the book. For bettercarrying out the new course criterion of our country and heightening educational andteaching level, we have done a survey in some students and their mathematicalteachers from different character schools of different areas. By questionnaire somequestions are found in the process of learning and teaching probability and statistics.Being directed against these questions we do some study and close analysis on thebasis of which we work out scientific methods and drawings in line with the contentsof probability and statistics in middle schools. Through practice in class, the methodsand drawings get their better results in learning and teaching.
