To improve further the development of physique class in universities of Xianyang city,This thesis regards the present situation of ordinary college physique class of xianyang city as the research object Through researching on the curriculum settings, teaching contents, portrayal teachers, playground equipments, the development of students’physique lesson as a selected course,and the effects of various factors. Summarize the physique class has become a favorite course in the colleges and universities and the physique lesson can be vigorously offered and pursued. Based on the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview,It takes200college students of elective phisical lesoson a s the research object in5Universities of Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province and makes a inv estigation of the present condition on openning the phisique training lessons in some unive rsity of Xianyang City. This paper has simply analyzed the teaching situation of physique class in University and illustrated the teaching target,teaching content,teaching means and methods,physical teachers teaching level and teaching environment of the physique teaching in University.The results show that:the current Xianyang city college students physique class rate is higher, students of the shape class cognition degree is high, can be inferred in Xianyang colleges and universities physique lesson is very feasible. In the opening at the same time also exist many problems, To survey, physical courses settings can not meet the needs of students, teaching content is not standard and no unified teaching, physique lesson weak teachers strength, the physique class extracurricular activity development is not ideal, site of low utilization of these are now in general colleges and Universities in Xianyang the main problems. The existence of these problems and put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. Through to the Xianyang city opens the physique lesson in Colleges and universities are investigated, from the physique lesson in Colleges and Universities Teachers’ troop present situation, students’ learning of the shape class love situation, teaching content, teaching methods and means of investigation, summed up Xianyang City physique class in ordinary universities can not meet the demand of college students the main factors.
