| With the continuous development of preschool education,the tendency of "specialization" of preschool PHYSICAL education teachers has been very obvious,and the social demand is strong.At present,the quality and quantity of professional preschool physical education teachers in China are far from meeting the social needs.On August 10,2019,the General Office of the State Council issued the Outline for Building a Strong Country in Physical Education,which clearly states that it is important and urgent to guide the establishment of China’s infant physical education curriculum system and the training system of professional infant physical education teachers.By means of literature,questionnaire and other methods,this paper investigates the demand for preschool PE teachers in Xianyang city and the whole country,obtains relevant data,and makes a comprehensive analysis and demonstration of the feasibility of offering pre-school direction of PE major and training professional PE teachers in Xianyang Normal University.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The pre-school direction of physical education major is to recruit and train college entrance examination physical education candidates,train professional preschool physical education teachers,and employ kindergartens and various kinds of children’s physical education training service institutions.(2)At present,There is a shortage of professional preschool physical education teachers in China,and the social demand is strong,so it is very necessary to train professional preschool physical education teachers.(3)The pre-school orientation of Physical education in Xianyang Normal University is in line with the decision and deployment of the state to vigorously develop pre-school education,with sufficient student sources,broad employment prospects and obvious expected social benefits.(4)Xianyang Normal University offers pre-school direction of physical education major,with strong support from its leaders,and all kinds of hardware and software conditions have been met.(5)The objectives,specifications and curriculum of the pre-school training program for physical Education major of Xianyang Normal University are scientific and feasible.(6)Xianyang Normal University now offers physical education and preschool education majors,which are ideal for training professional preschool physical education teachers.As for the training of preschool physical education teachers,this paper suggests:(1)Integration and comprehensiveness are the basic characteristics of preschool education.Kindergarten teaching carries out comprehensive teaching activities based on field activities,and sports activities run through the whole process of kindergarten education.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the establishment of kindergarten physical education teaching and other teaching activities organic coordination of the teaching system.(2)The national education administrative department should start from the establishment of related majors of training of preschool PE teachers and the establishment of posts of kindergarten PE teachers,and ensure the coordinated development of training and employment of preschool PE teachers from the institutional level.(3)The conditions for xianyang Normal University to offer physical education as a pre-school major are basically mature,so it is necessary to start enrollment training as soon as possible,so as to accumulate experience in running a school for the training of children’s physical education teachers. |
