| With the continuous development of quality education, people-oriented conceptgradually win support among the people, family, school, society generally hope tobuild harmonious and efficient home-school relationship, teacher-student relationship,to promote students’ all-round development. Home visits is an extension of schooleducation, is the important way of home and School Association, for the building of aharmonious home school relations, a harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents, improve the quality of education, to promote the healthy development ofstudents, have active and important value and significance. Therefore, home visitswere all in great expectations.In recent years, many schools, teachers to explore some effective strategies andmethods of the home visits, obtain delectable result. However, due to the research onthe system still does not see more, institutionalized, standardized requirements havenot yet formed, whether teachers or students, parents of home visits there still existsome misunderstanding, lead to specific work appeared in a lot of deviation.Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the teacher home visits by aquestionnaire survey of the status quo, to find out the major existing problems,analyses the relevant causes, and seek corresponding countermeasure.This study includes the following three parts:The first part, systematicallyanalyzed the related literature, put forward the main train of thought of research.Thesecond part of the questionnaire survey, the main contents such as the teacher homevisits purpose, cause, effect, treat home visits attitude, main content undertook ananalysis, draw the conclusion.The third part, the basically sums up the main problemsexisting in the teacher home visits, and analyzes the causes of problems.The fourthpart, the combination of domestic and foreign experience, put forward to promote thebenign development of home visits work practical suggestions and countermeasures. |
