Home-school cooperation plays a decisive role in the Students' All-round Development.However,the home-school cooperation in rural primary schools is not yet mature,showing a series of problems.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of home school cooperation in rural primary schools.This research is explored from the perspective of teachers,taking M Primary School as an example,using the method of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and observation,through the questionnaire survey of 54 teachers and 318 parents in M Primary School,and in-depth interview with six teachers,according to the social capital theory and Overlapping Spheres of Influence theory,and analyzes the existing problems,influencing factors and improvement strategies of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools in China from the perspective of teachers.Based on the existing relevant research,this study from the perspective of the primary school teacher defines the concept of rural primary school,cooperation and home-school cooperation,and established four dimensions: cognition,content,way and effect,has formed the rural primary school parent-school cooperative situation questionnaire "(teachers)and the rural primary school parentschool cooperative situation questionnaire(parents).This paper investigates the home-school cooperation of M primary school in rural areas,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward the improvement strategies.Through the statistics and analysis of questionnaire and in-depth interview,it is found that the overall level of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools in China is lower.From the perspective of teachers,in terms of cognition,there are cognitive bias,mechanism cognition is slightly insufficient and so on.In terms of content,there are some problems such as excessive knowledge learning,misplaced behavior habits,unbalanced personality development,lack of moral education and neglect of mental health.In terms of the way,there are some problems such as the form is relatively simple,the frequency is obviously insufficient and the media is simple and inefficient.In terms of the effect,there are some problems such as lack of equal interaction between home and school,weak cohesion of class,eager for quick success and instant benefit in academic achievement,surge of pressure on teachers and heavy psychological burden on students.The author analyzed the influencing factors: Teacher's gender,teaching age,educational background and whether the teacher is a homeroom teacher affect the home-school cooperation;Parents' educational background,income and family structure affect home-school cooperation;School management concept,cooperative organization and mechanism influence home-school cooperation.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problem and its influencing factors,the researchers put forward improvement strategies.The society will provide comprehensive support: improve laws,policies and regulations to ensure the cooperation effect;encourage the active participation of the community and support the home-school cooperation;strengthen publicity and public opinion guidance to create a favorable atmosphere.The teacher will improve their cooperation ability:update the concept of home-school cooperation and enhance teachers' cognition;tap students' diverse potential and enrich the cooperation content;combine online and offline to expand cooperation modes;improve the teacher evaluation mechanism and optimize the cooperation effect.
