To carry out the spirit of《the Notice of the Ministry ofEducation, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of HumanResources and Social Security and the State CommissionOffice for Public Sector Reform about Continuing toOrganize and Implement the Plan of the Special SettingPosts for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory EducationPhase》(teachers [2009] number 1), implement the plan ofthe special setting positions for school teachers in ruralcompulsory education actively and steadily (hereinafterreferred to“the special post plan”), drawing up《Implementation Scheme of the Special Setting Post Planfor School Teachers of Rural Compulsory Education in Shanxi Province (revised)》. Since implementing the specialpost plan in 2009, everything in Shanxi Province goes well ingeneral and college graduates enthusiastically apply for theteacher of the special post. In the past three years, thereare in all 8183 school teachers for the special setting postin rural compulsory education phase admitted to 85counties (city or district) all over the province to engage ineducation teaching work. As part of Shanxi Province, Xcounty has recruited 335 school teachers for the specialsetting post in rural compulsory education phase in the pastthree years.This thesis takes X county as an example. The researchobject is the special setting post teachers who have takenpart in the plan of the special setting posts for schoolteachers in rural compulsory education phase. Through thesurvey on the special post teachers in X county, most of thespecial post teachers’professional identity is low and themotivation of choosing this kind of job is not rational. Thecompetence situation for work is not ideal and the roleknowledge is not enough. What is more, the teachers have alow satisfaction with their work. These influence thesocialization of their vocational character. According to the problems in the process of the socialization of the specialpost teachers’character, the thesis puts forward somesuggestions on promoting the socialization of the specialpost teachers’vocational character. Specifically, the wholethesis is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. On the one hand, itanalyzes the background and significance of the research.On the other hand, introduce the research content andresearch methods.it defines the related concept and combsout the related research theory.The second part is literature review. It systematicallyreviews the related research in the modern academic fieldon the special post teachers and the socialization of theteachers’role.The third part is the questionnaire and the interviewresults investigation and analysis. This is the core part ofthis thesis. Through the analysis, sum up andsummarization of the questionnaire, as well as the sortingof the interview outline, the author analyzes the influentialfactors of the socialization of the special post teachers’role from six aspects: the motivation of choosing the joband professional identity, competent situation for work, job responsibilities and job skills, the grasp of the roleknowledge, the interaction situation between the specialpost teachers and other groups and the survey on jobsatisfaction.The fourth part is the research conclusion andmeasures. This part summarizes the analysis of the fourthpart. It can be concluded that the special post teachers’professional identity degree is low. Secondly, theirrationality of motivation of choosing the job, the low ofthe job satisfaction degree and the instability of thespecial post teachers’employment psychology influencethe socialization of the special post teachers’role. Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on promotingthe socialization of the teachers’role.The fifth sixth part is the research reflection. This partsummarizes the whole thesis and points out the defects ofthe thesis.
