To shorten the gap between urban and rural education resources is the key problem in the development of urban and rural education.The rural education in China has long been faced with the shortage of teachers' resources,the poor quality of the teachers and the unreasonable structure of the teachers' team structure.The "special post plan" to some extent alleviate the problem of shortage of teacher resources in rural areas,but the operation of the current situation there are still some problems,therefore,the survival status of targeted to different regions of the "special post plan under the policy of" special post teachers to speed up the "special post plan" the process and has important significance to solve the problem of short board.According to the domestic and foreign research status of special post teachers living state,to Hunan Yong zhou Qiyang County Rural special post teachers as the research object,adopt questionnaire and interview method were investigated and analyzed from the teaching and professional development,teacher's work motivation and job identity,life and future aspects,the results of investigation the following problems show that the living situation of the teachers in Qi yang county are special posts: 1)the low level of compensation,compensation guarantee mechanism is not perfect;2)living conditions are not ideal,amateur life is monotonous;3)special post plan policy propaganda is not enough;4)training system and recruitment system is not perfect;5)the lack of protection of Title Assessment and other assessment policy;6)the "master teachers plan" low participation.According to the survey,this paper analyzes the internal environment from the external social environment and the education administration system,points out that teachers should improve the externalsocial environment,strengthen the recognition of the society from all walks of life to the teachers,to improve the enforcement of internal education administration system of special post plan.The analysis results help to have a comprehensive understanding of the survival status of the special post teachers in Yong zhou area,so as to play a positive role in improving the living conditions of teachers.In this paper,based on the research results from the special post teachers,professional development,work motivation and job identity,life and future puts forward some reasonable opinions,namely,according to local conditions,and properly solve the interdisciplinary teaching problems;combined with the status quo of various rural areas,to improve the training system;strengthen the government of special post teachers humane care,establish a good social public opinion;people-oriented,improve the special post teachers' salary level and living environment;properly into the teachers' work,actively seek to "retain" policy.
