The Investigation And Study Of Working Condition Of Special Post Teachers In Hebei

The rural education is an important part of the construction of a harmonioussociety and acceleration of the new socialist countryside．Since ancient times，China was dominated by agriculture，and the rural population is significant---thenumber was about80%of the total population．Therefore，the rural education isclosely related to the development of the overall situation of the country．Atpresent，there are many problems such as widespread lack of preparation， lowacademic qualifications，unprofessionality and the age of the rural teachers existed inChina, Which leads to a big gap between the eastern and western education and theunbalanced development of urban and rural education. Thus, there is a significantimpact on the process of China’s social development．Given the importance of ruralcompulsory education，the country has made efforts from all aspects，determined toclear the "stumbling block" in the path of development of rural compulsoryeducation．In2006, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued thenotification:"On the guide and encourage the employment of college graduatesgrassroots opinion"．The9tharticle of this notification is on "The implementationof the plan of service in rural areas for college graduates”to ensure the quantity andquality of rural teachers．Therefore，investigation on the current situation of specialpost teachers of sports is the foundation and premise to strengthen the constructionof rural sports teachers，and is of great significance to the realization of equal rights，education and sports development．Hebei Province is one of the powerful educational provinces in China，and therural education in Hebei Province is a major focus of education． Today the status ofthe investigation and research work of special post teachers of sports in HebeiProvince is few． The purpose of this study is based on a large number ofdocuments， interviews and survey data. By researching the work situation of thespecial post teachers from2011to2013，it is aimed to understand the working status of special post teachers of sports in Hebei Province．The survey found that in ruralprimary and secondary schools in Hebei Province the special post teachers is in greatdemand and they can do very well in their work.．But there are some problems，including that the special post teachers can not get a good cast， the treatment is nothigh， fewer training opportunities and research awareness is not deep enough． Thisthesis is to propose some of suggestions for the above problems，for the purpose ofdoing something for the "special post plan" in Hebei Province and giving a theoreticalbasis and reference for sports special post teachers to work better．What’s more，Iwould like to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the main force ofrural sports teachers to provide better protection for the development of rural schoolsports．Meanwhile，this thesis is also to let more people know about the special postteachers of sports and let them be more concerned with special post teachers andencourage more and more college graduates to join the ranks of the service to ruraldevelopment.
