Research On The Construction Of Xinjiang Special-post Teachers

The balanced development of basic education is related to the realization of social fairness and justice.However,the limitations of subjective and objective reasons,the development of education between urban and rural areas in China's eastern and western regions and its imbalance.In 2006,the implementation of "rural compulsory education stage school teachers special-post plan Notice " is promulgated to solve this problem,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Personnel,the central joint " special-post plan ",special-post teachers also will be generated.Teachers in rural schools are scarce and special-post teachers have supplemented such a gap to enhance the teaching level of rural teachers,enrich the contents of rural teaching,and contribute to the balanced development of urban and rural education.Plan to implement 7 years,a large number of special-post teachers to Three counties in the eastern part of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,to Changji Autonomous Prefecture education brought fresh blood,improve the quality of teaching.This paper investigates and analyzes the 185 special post teachers in the east three counties of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture.by means of sample survey,The survey includes the basic information of the special-post teachers,job motivation,subject and school distribution,training and career planning,work and pay status.The study found that there are many problems in the construction of special-post teachers in the east three counties of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture.The problems such as the improper distribution of teachers and the lack of training opportunities have affected the construction of special-post teachers.Through the questionnaire survey and interview the information obtained by the analysis of special problems in the construction of special-post teachers.The author puts forward the following countermeasures:Improve the recruitment mechanism of special-post teachers;perfect the system of special-post teachers' distribution;improve the training mode of special-post teachers;Improve the salary of special post teachers;improve the management mechanism,to maintain the stability of special-post teachers team.The construction of the special-post teachers in the east three counties of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture can provide some reference value.
