It dosen’t only have a positive effect of emotional support from teachers on students’ physical and mental development, but also impact on teaching effect. Middle school students in is adolescent, desire teachers and parents of support and understanding (positive attention care, respect, encourage, etc). So far, many research are is from teachers on students learning aspects of support, less real concern students emotion support of need, but abroad has research surface teachers on students of emotion support not only can help improve students who are tired of emotional and dropped out of behavior, and conducive to improve teachers and students relationship improve students learning enthusiasm and initiative. So the perception of the teachers from students to emotional support perspective, understands the student to teacher emotional support level and self-esteem and academic self-efficacy relationship. And through the quantitative research, statistical analysis out different sex, different grades, different student nationalities, different school types and family type students feel emotional support teachers in difference of groundwork for further research. To help teachers better understand the student’s psychological needs, improve the bad way of classroom management, improve the teaching effect.Through carrying out research combined with quantitative research, the result of this study shows that:1. The study found that high school students perceived teacher emotional support mainly includes the following five factors:care about students, understand students, encourage students, respect students, trust students of this five dimensions.2. It is not significant to the gender differences of the perception of emotional support from teachers, specifically, the boy perception teachers understand the dimensions is significantly higher than the girl; Urban middle school students perception teachers emotional support level higher than the whole rural; At the same time for teachers of middle school students feel emotional support level along with the growth of the age and improve;Key middle school students in teachers’ emotional support level perception on higher than normal high school and private high school students; From the middle school students complete family perception teachers emotional support level higher than the whole family separation and remarried families students. The differences of teacher’s emotional support on family economic status s are not significant.3.The understanding, respect, encourage and trust from teacher to middle school students have influence on students’ self-esteem and academic self-efficacy, at the same time, to encourage the students and teachers have a direct effect on the students’ learning self-efficacy; Then the teacher to student’s care and attention not only through the influence students’ general self-esteem to influence their schooling self-efficacy and will directly influence the students’ self-efficacy; The last of the trust of his students and teachers will be through the influence of students’ social-company self-esteem to influence blood god studies self-efficacy.4. Student school self-esteem, general self-esteem, self-respect and family social-company self-esteem will affect the students’ self-efficacy.
