Since the reform and opening up, the historical conditions and social background of the development of China’s ethnic policy has undergone tremendous changes。 Traditional society is the transition to a modern society, a planned economy to a market economy. The original sense of the social and economic resources allocated to the national pattern is facing restructuring and redistribution of an inevitable trend. From the external environment, there are some changes about the college enrollment of minority preferential policies of the social environment. as preferential policies for the internal members, minority groups of students who benefit from the main social and economic situation have also undergone a differentiation. The original only in the ethnic composition of the enrollment criteria for the classification policy can not adapt to the diversity of minority students within the increasingly diversified, multi-level and society as a whole, the differences in Current Situation. In subjective terms, the various social groups, including minority ethnic preferential policies in the current college entrance awareness and understanding of their value is increasingly diverse.
