In other words, in order to solve the problem of the policy execution process, we not only need to research on the public policy from macro perspective, but also Specific to the Micro-level that we should Explore the actual situation of the enrollment work to talk about the execution of preferential policy to the college entrance examination. This article takes You Jiang Medical University for Nationalities in Guangxi as the example. Firstly, we are trying to research the process and means from the Policy implementation to find the reason that why it showed differences when the colleges execution the unified public policy. In addition, it need to do some functional analysis. Secondly, we should do some Feasibility analysis from influence factors and execution status. In addiction, though the system analysis about influence factors and execution status we could find the problems and put forward some reasonable suggestions for improvement.
