The domestic and foreign research about the teacher occupation pressure indicates that the teacher is a kind of high stress occupation, Compared with other education stage, when children are in the education, their plasticity and instability during growing bring more pressure to the kindergarten teachers, some active and effective measures should be taken to reduce the kindergarten teachers’ occupation pressure, But for the present,research of occupation pressure about preschool teachers is still very little. This research is specifically aimed at the public kindergarten teachers in Yanji city and studies the occupation stress and its causes and the internal management of public kindergartens through literature method, interview method and questionnaire method. This not only provides some practical suggestions to reduce infant teacher occupation pressure, but also is the need to improve the teachers’ quality of life, and also the need to improve the quality of early childhood education. This study combined with literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and statistical analysis method of education, researches on occupation pressure and kindergarten management in three Yanji city public kindergartens in the following aspects:To know about the current situation of preschool teacher occupation pressure and kindergarten management; To study factors affecting the teacher occupation pressure in public kindergartens of Yanji City, and analyze the affecting factors; To study the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ occupation pressure and kindergarten management; To find out scientific and operable suggestions that can reduce infant teachers’ occupation pressure in nursery management aspects;According to the questionnaires, statistical analyses and interview results, the conclusion can be drawn as follows:1.The occupation pressure of public kindergarten teachers in Yanji city is in the middle level. The factors that Influence on preschool teachers’ occupation pressure from high to low are:The principal’s working style, parents’ factors, relationships, children’s factors, working load.2. Different infant teachers have different occupation pressures.(1) preschool teachers of different ages have significant different occupation pressures in principal’s working style, parents’ factors, relationships, children’s factors and working load.(2) Occupation pressures of the kindergarten teachers with different teaching ages have significant differences in work load, factors of children, interpersonal relationship and work style of the director.(3)Oc cupation pressures of the kindergarten teachers with different professional titles are significant different in work load and interpersonal aspects (4)The occupation pressures of the infant teachers teaching the children of different ages are significant different in the working load and interpersonal relationship.(5) The occupation pressures of the headteachers are significant different from the non-headteachers in work load, children’s factors and interpersonal relationship3.The kindergarten management perception of t he public kindergarten teachers in Yanji city is in the middle level, The order of the dimensions from high to low is:the spiritual support, institutional support, material support4. Different groups of kindergarten teachers have different perceptions about kindergarten management.(1) Teachers of different1ages have a significant difference in the perception of kindergarten management in all aspects.(2) Teachers with different teaching ages have a significant difference in the perception of kindergarten management in all aspects.(3) There is a significant difference between different titles of kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten management perception of material, spirit, system support etc.(4) There is a significant difference in the kindergarten management perception of the kindergarten teachers teaching different age classes.(5) There is a significant difference between the headteahcers and non-headteahcers in kindergarten management perception of material and system support.
