| In recent years, under the guidance of The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(trial) and Guiding outline of Kindergarten Education(trial), preschool education and basic education have developed rapidly in our country. The document points out that,"kindergarten education is an important part of basic education and is the foundation of school education and lifelong education. The kindergarten should close cooperate with the family, community, and join with the primary school. "This makes people begin to attach importance to the transitional education. As the transition from kindergarten to primary school has not developed maturely,"anarchy" development leads to a mess in reality. For example, there are auxiliary classes on transition from Kindergarten to Primary School at whopping price in Nanjing; it is difficult to enter the classes, which seriously affect the development of transitional education and children’s lifelong growth. Educational transition requires the cohesion of curriculum. The educational transition from Kindergarten to Primary School must make progress by means of transitional curriculum. Kindergarten and primary school assume the main responsibility for basic education development. In the background of Basic Education Curriculum Reform, we must implement link to primary school in Guiding outline of Kindergarten Education(trial). How do government and education administrator stop the chaos from going on? How should the transitional curriculum be designed? How do we organize the contents? How can the transitional curriculum be regulated to promote transitional education from kindergarten to primary school? Reflecting on and exploring these problems can contribute to solving some problems in the transition from kindergarten to primary school. The research methods include documentation methods, questionnaire surveys, observation and interviews and so on. Based on education policy learning, I regard courses as breakthrough point, making questionnaire surveys on kindergarten and primary school teachers’curriculum conception, course objectives, course contents, curriculum implementation and curriculum management by adopting quantitative survey research methods. On the basis of surveys, I illustrate the necessity and feasibility of the curriculum policymaking; then I preliminarily construct curriculum policymaking of transition from kindergarten to primary school. In the survey, I find that the nuclear difficulty in the cohesion of curriculum is that there exist inter-school differences, regional differences, urban and rural differences. Only by structuring policies of transition from kindergarten to primary school from the holistic perspective, can we guarantee courses’scientificity and rationality. The chaos and the necessity of compulsory education make it necessary to structure the policies. Besides, legal support and policy references make policy structuring possible. Finally, I preliminarily construct curriculum policies from the perspectives of curriculum objectives, curriculum standards, curriculum organization and implementation, curriculum evaluation, curriculum management and teacher training. |
