Taking class 1 of a primary school in Luoyang city as an example,this study uses observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods to study the current situation of adaptation of first-grade primary school freshmen,which can be divided into four aspects: physical and mental adaptation,life adaptation,social adaptation and learning adaptation.According to the research,the initial period(the first eight weeks)of the overall adaptation is better.The physical and mental adaptation is the best,but there are still first-grade students to desks and chairs,toilet,dining,nap environment and other adaptation difficulties.In terms of life adaptation,most students have good living habits,can get up on time,and have certain self-care ability and safety self-protection ability.However,students still need to improve on going to bed on time,working at home,arranging work and rest reasonably and using electronic products reasonably.In terms of social adaptation,most students can integrate into the class and actively seek help from teachers.However,the establishment of peer relationship is slow,and peer conflicts are frequent and cannot be handled by themselves.In terms of learning adaptation,most students have good learning quality,but lack planning in learning.The students’ learning interest and learning ability are also good.They can persist in reading,solve simple practical problems and take an active part in various school activities.However,the cultivation form of writing habit is too simple.Finally,on the basis of studying the above four aspects of adaptation,it provides effective help for the connection between young and young.
