Study On Student Administration Work Of Zhengzhou Shengda Colleague

Since the reform and opening up, private higher education has emerged again and kept developing. Especially after the implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law, The private higher education gained a rapid development and has become an important component of our country’s higher education and an important new force for the popularization our country’s higher education.Both the large-scale enrollment increase of the national universities in1999and the pass of Private Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China on December2002have improved the status of private colleges and universities and normalized its establishment and management. With the continual enactment of country’s supporting policies toward private education, the private colleges and universities have emerged vigorously and developed rapidly.Considering the characteristics of private college of Zhengzhou Shengda Economy and Trade Administration, under the vision of educational administration, this project analyzs the student subject of private colleges and universities as well as the current reforming status of higher education in the new situation, points out that we should adopt a people-oriented philosophy in the management of private colleges and universities students, and actively explore the new management modeis which meet the time’s requirements to make reform and innovation.The objective of this project research is to help people have a better understanding of the distinctiveness and complexity of the private colleges and universities students management under the vision of educational administration, so as to solve the problem of it in a better way. At the same time, reforming the drawbacks of management model and philosophy under traditional education system, establishing the people-oriented management philosophy, encouraging the ability of managers and the enthusiasm of students’participation, solving the various problems in the current student management work are of great significance to improve the level of private colleges and universities student management work.
