Research On The Coordination Relationship Between "thinking" And "management" In The Work Of Private College Counselors

The improvement of the level of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities is of great significance to my country's higher education.Private colleges and universities undertake the important task of providing talent support for my country's development and construction under the new situation.Private college counselors are an important force for private colleges to strengthen their ideological and political education positions,and they are also the main person in charge of students' daily ideological and political education.The work of counselors plays a central role in student work in private colleges.Under the new situation,the"bottleneck" problem encountered by the integration and development of the ideological and political education work ability and student management ability of counselors in private colleges and universities in my country is very prominent.This article takes a private college in northern my country as the research object,starting from the perspective of improving the work ability of counselors in private colleges and universities,and finds the countermeasures for the coordinated development of counselors in private colleges.This article systematically combs the research on student management and ideological and political education by domestic and foreign scholars,and explains the relevant basic theories.This article believes that private colleges and universities have a more open school environment,which on the one hand promotes the rapid development of private colleges and universities,on the other hand,the weakness of private colleges'resources and financial resources makes private college counselors'ability in student management and ideological and political education.The promotion has encountered a "bottleneck".Ideological and political education is the only way to realize the sound development of students' ideological and moral character.It is necessary to start from Marx's all-round development theory and hierarchy of needs theory to complete the analysis of the characteristics of student management and ideological and political education in private colleges.This paper adopts a research method that combines theory and practice.Through summarizing the experience of individuals engaged in counselor work for a long time and applying related theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of the combination of ideological and political education and student management of counselors in private colleges and universities,and finds out The main problems existing in the process of combining "ideological education" and "management" for counselors in private colleges and universities in our country.That is,counselors have too many responsibilities,the intensity of management work is far greater than the intensity of ideological and political education,the difficulties of ideological and political education caused by the particularity of students in private colleges and universities,and the school's insufficient attention and implementation of ideological and political education.Accordingly,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the professional ability of counselors,strengthen ideological and political education from the school level,improve the service and management level of schools,and thoroughly solve the problems existing in the process of combining "ideological education" and "management" of counselors.Based on the useful experience at home and abroad,and based on the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy and human resource management,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of counselor team building,school resource investment,management and education guarantee.The ability of private college counselors in student management and ideological and political education to promote the coordinated development of "ideological education" and"management" has certain theoretical and practical significance.
