A Study On Student Management In Private Vocational Colleges From The People-centered Perspective

Establishing a "people-oriented" management concept is an inevitable choice for private universities.With the rapid development of society,the management mechanism of private colleges and universities is also changing.In order to adapt to social development,the management of students in private colleges and universities needs to be constantly reformed.Although the university student management has absorbed more experience and achieved achievements to a certain extent,there are still many problems and deficiencies.There are problems in the student management work of the instructor: simplification of management,unsound management mechanism,lagging teachers,and administrative administration.The idea of "people-oriented" student management in private colleges and universities is for students to develop in an all-round way and for the sustainable development of college education.The purpose of this research is to use the "people-oriented" management concept,through the interpretation of the student management system of private vocational universities,starting from the actual basis of the current student management system work of private vocational universities,using questionnaires and interviews as research methods to summarize private vocational universities The status quo of the student management system work of the senior vocational student counselors,analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the vocational student management system of the private vocational universities and its existing problems,guided by the concept of "people-oriented",to the counselors students of the private vocational colleges The improvement of the management system put forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures.This article takes Nanchang Vocational University students as the research object,through the development of questionnaires,and the use of questionnaires to study the student management job satisfaction of Nanchang Vocational University students.The status of overall job satisfaction in management and the differences in related variables.On the whole,students of Nanchang Vocational University have a higher satisfaction with the management of the students.According to the research results of this article,the author proposes in the fifth chapter the countermeasures for student management of private vocational college counselors including: building a good campus atmosphere,respecting diversified development,emphasizing humanized systems,respecting the status of students as the main body,emphasizing humanistic care and breaking Misunderstanding of "people-oriented",teach students "two do one learning",construct "three self three services".
