PurposeThis study aims to build local medical college education funding level of managementevaluation system, Establishment of a provincial Medical Education funding informationdatabase and empirical research, then provide the rationalization proposals for the diversificationof the sources of funding for education of local medical institutions and improve capitalefficiency.ObjectManagement level of local medical colleges and education funding.Data sourcesThe raw data collected from the case of University finance department Other relevantdepartments.Methods1. Use the literature Search method, the theoretical analysis to Established the theoreticalfoundation and basic principles of management level evaluation of the local medical collegeeducation funding, initially proposed evaluation index system.2. Use the Delphi Method to the screening evaluation.3. Use theAnalytic Hierarchy Process to set the weight of evaluation index system.4. Use Statistical Methods to analyze the findings of the Delphi method, index system reliabilityand validity testing, empirical research.5. Use Efficiency Coefficient Method for the evaluation value dimensionless.Results1. Built to raise capacity to education funding, education funding operational capability andgrowth potential of education funding three dimensions as the main structure and the level ofthe evaluation index system, including a three-level indicators, eight secondary indicators and28 three indicators. The two consultants on the coefficient of variation of the index scorestended to decrease, the coordination coefficient tends to increase, indicating that the expertgroup gradually increased the degree of coordination of the index views, focus on theincreasing tendency for index selection is more reasonable.2. The use of AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process weight evaluation at all levels of indicators. Theimportance of both the level of the number of difference points to determine the Saaty scalebuild the judgment matrix, the square root method to determine the weight and the maximumcharacteristic root, and level single sort of consistency check, the total level rank and consistency checking. An index weight values were as follows: 0.6267,0.2797 and 0.0936,andthe use of probability multiplication principle to calculate the combined weights of indicatorsat all levels.3. The selection of consultants is reasonable, the credibility of the findings of a higher degree.Qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis (the value of the authority of the two survey expertgroups, respectively, 0.800 and 1.000), the results show that the expert group has goodrepresentation, hierarchy and authority of the extent of the Group of Experts on the basicsituation of the Group of Experts authoritative; two rounds of consultation response rate was100% and 86.7%, the expert on this study, highly motivated and concerned about the degree;the coordination of the two surveys experts coefficients were 0.407 and 0.741 (P <0.01), theexpert views coordination.4.
