There have been established about thirty-one“Modern Education Technology”elaboratecourses since the Ministry of Education issued the notification about starting the project ofElaborate Courses on teaching quality and reform in colleges and universities on April 8, 2003,which including different of level in national, provincial, and university and the quantity of“Public normal type”courses is twenty- seven. Though the“Modern Education Technology”elaborate course has developed a certain scale, it still very little research about its present state,here for this reason, this paper will have a comparable discuss about the development state,operative state and course characteristics of“Modern Education Technology”elaborate coursesin different levels of national, provincial, and university.
