There have been established about thirty-one“Modern Education Technology”elaboratecourses since the Ministry of Education issued the notification about starting the project ofElaborate Courses on teaching quality and reform in colleges and universities on April 8, 2003,which including different of level in national, provincial, and university and the quantity of“Public normal type”courses is twenty- seven. Though the“Modern Education Technology”elaborate course has developed a certain scale, it still very little research about its present state,here for this reason, this paper will have a comparable discuss about the development state,operative state and course characteristics of“Modern Education Technology”elaborate coursesin different levels of national, provincial, and university. To hope summarize the existingproblems in“Modern Education Technology”elaborate courses in different levels of national,provincial, and university and to raise the suitable solutions through comparable research andanalytical pattern.The analytical method of documents, the analytical method of contents, the comparableresearch method and the analytical method of statistics will be used in this paper, basing on theconstructed theory, the comparable theory and systematic theory, to promote a comparableresearch in seven dimensionalities.In chapter two, this paper will mainly discuss about the purposes and meaning of presentstate in and aboard, the research subjects and contents as well.In chapter two, this paper will mainly discuss about the relevant definitions, theorybasement and to illustrate the position for“Modern Education Technology”.In chapter three, through explaining the evaluation standards and relevant net courses’contracted standards of national elaborate courses, the paper will make a comparable analysis inseven different persuasive including the teaching staff, the teaching contents, the teachingmethod, the net courses interface, the system structure, the update state of courses recourses andcourses contracture features.In chapter four, the paper wills analysis the problems in development of“ModernEducation Technology”elaborate courses in a macrograph and microcosmic way, and to give asuitable solution. In chapter five, the paper will make a research tempt for application in the“ModernEducation Technology”elaborate courses with Project reaction theory, self-suitable test systemand cogitation load theory.In chapter six, the summary of this paper will be made, and the further research will beaddressed as well as the existing shortage in this paper.
