With the continual revolution of the specialized courses of higher vocationaleducation, it is the key point of higher vocational college that teaching studying anddoing, that is a burning question that how to come ture the teaching studying and doingon the face of higher vocational college. In order to resolve these problems, there weremuch money to spend to buy many hardware, so there were a motley variety of thetables in practical training to apply the teaching. It resolved teaching studying and doingto use the tables in practical training, but it appeared new questions: There are manystudents can manipulate, check and diagnose, but they do not know how to do on thecars. I think that they should not destroy original feature of cars when they exploit andmanufacture the tables. It is convenient to fixed the engines on the tables andmouthpieces, but it changed many parameters that there are so many attach threads,there were data errors between the tables in practical training and cars. It can misguidethe students. They mastered how to detect port on the tables in practical training, butthey did not know how to do on the reality cars. Forthermore, many students did notknow the place of the components, it is dissimilarity to study.In order to the teaching studying and doing can highly activity, I designed ME7.9.7the cars in practical training of engine manage system.There are advanced withdrive-by-wire with electron throttle valve. There are many application on the carsbecause of its control and diagnoses system. Its design break through traditional pattern,QiruiA3is the foundation of it, it was designed and transformed on QiruiA3, with fixedthe control element on input and output of drive-by-wire system. It intervened thesignals of ECU data input drive-by-wire system. We designed opening and closingelectric circuit to control wires and bonding to short circuit or broken circuit on thesensor. And we designed opening and closing electric circuit to control wires and bonding to short circuit or broken circuit on the actuator. It can form anticipatebreakdown appearance with these designs to control anticipate breakdown code.The article analysed all kinds of input component and output component’s fixed,act on and principle on the training cars, it stated electrical designed and used, it sumedup how to shakedown the training cars. We designed and used the training cars, it issimple to handle and it can produce all the breakdown of using this system on themarketplace. The car can finish all data trends detection, it can imitate the surroundingsabout breakdown phenomenon, and it can satisfied the demand of teaching studying anddoing, it achieved abutment of studying and working.
