"Feature As The Root" Talengts Training Mode Research Of Independent College

In total, there are nearly322independent Colleges in China by March25,2010. undoubtedly, after these years of development, both in the scale or in thequality of teaching, independent college has made rapid progress and greatachievements. However, we should be fully aware that independent college isstill a new thing at the same time. And as a newly emerging thing, problems andshortages which frequently appear in the developing process can hardly beavoided. Therefore, how to carry out characteristic talents training mode designof independent college has become the focusing topic in this paper.Through the collections of domestic and foreign research, this paper willnot only theoretically analyze English tutorial system, the United States generaleducation, European liberal education, Cai Yuanpei’s “Advocating Nature,Showing Personality” thoughts and quality-oriented education, but alsopractically summarize the experiences of college talents training mode in theUnited States, Britain, France and Japan. And in fact, On the construction oftalent training mode, it is a huge systematic project, which involves many factors.Hence, in order to get a thorough analysis and deeply carry on the talents trainingmode design, related knowledge should be fully deconstructed. In this paper, onthe basis of interpreting some related concepts of independent college such as theconcept of independent college, development process of independent college, themeaning of “feature as root” and talents training mode, some existing problemsand reasons of independent college talents training mode will be analyzed indetails. And this paper will hold that the main problems are mainly made up oftalents training target" coessential change", lack of innovation talents trainingprocess and imperfection of training evaluation and monitoring system. And themain reasons include “not clear property right, lack of follow-up investment, internally lack of school running conditions, the absence of external space ofdevelopment, and Lack of standardized management, imperfection of legislationwill also become the deep reasons of independent college talents training mode.On this basis, with the main methods of historical literature, survey method, casestudy and theoretical basis of personality theory, the theory of core competence,this paper will construct “feature as root” talents training mode of independentcollege respectively from three modules: talents training goal setting, talentstraining process management and talents training quality guarantee.At last, with combination of" feature as the root" of the talents trainingmode of independent college, taking Haojing College of Shaanxi University ofScience and Technology, which has its own strong running characteristic, as anexample not only has the very strong practical significance but also hope thatthrough the exploration of talents training pattern, many innovative thoughts inpromoting economic applicability of talents training mode will be broadened inhigher education development.
