In China, Elementary school education is the start of the Nine-year Compulsory Education, one of the decisive factors about the rise and decline of Chinese education, the key position in the development of students, which requires the elementary school teachers not only should be more knowledgeable, more skilled about their work, but also have good morality and sound minds and health. The study said that a great number of teachers of Tianjin non-government primary school have the serious problems of psychological stress. So we must pay more attention to studying the case, relieving their working pressure and controlling.The need of society and the expectation of paterfamilias put increasingly higher demands of the ability of the non-government primary school teachers. So the teachers were required to enhance their quality and, so they feel more stress on the shoulder and become more exhausted. This study is based on the fact of teacher’s working to investigate the cause and the situation of the non-government primary school teachers stress, study the influencing factors, and look out the effective way and measures to relieve their working pressure through the questionnaires. It also provides the specific suggests of relieving pressure, help them to star necessary adjust in psychology and behavioral adjustment, keep their mind healthy, so that we can improve the quality and progress of education. In addition, the study also provides the important data to the administrators, which help the administration to be more humanized and scientific.
