With Tianjin Economics and Technology Development Area being the head area in China, there are more and more job-finders flowing into TEDA, looking for opportunities, consequently, there are increasing number of children flowing into TEDA accompanying their parents. The education of these children becomes the head issue of TEDA education development. We, as a newly-built school, have found the serious deficiency of education for these children during years of teaching practice. A lot of them have not received formal education, without good reading, learning or living habits.This essay focuses on the research and study on the3rd year,4th year and5th years pupils whose parents are job-movers, the teachers who teach these pupils and their parents with the help of questionnaires and interviews, with the following analysis of the data. The data of the questionnaires and interviews shows that these pupils have no strong interests in reading, no qualified reading methods and habits according to the Education Bureau reading standard, that the parents have no enough support for their reading, that there is no good platform of reading in school and that the teachers have to develop the teaching methods for reading.As a consequence, the strategies are as below, to transfer the education conception, to build perfect platform for pupils’reading and to offer efficient guide for reading. Again, and rationally using, the school library and optimizing extracurricular reading of the assessment mechanism and carry out activities in extracurricular reading of teachers and raise the level of reading is also improving job-movers’children extracurricular reading standard solutions.
