It is the most important question on the effective teaching in the research of education,especially in the basic education reform. On the one hand,it illustrates the reform of curriculumthat is in an important position,on the other hand,it reflects the shortcoming and deficiency inthe research of effective teaching that still exist. Therefore the research of effective teachingshould be further reflected in the theoretical aspects,and should be improved in practice aspects.Otherwise,the effective teaching is still wear new shoes to follow the beaten track,and still hangout examination–oriented education. It is deviated from the idea of humanity that educationreform advocates. This research chooses another point, it is from student-based educationperspective to explore effective teaching. First it interprets the theoretical foundation and thecore idea of student-based education, effective teaching under the theory premise and theoreticalaspects of thinking. Second it analyses and explains the misunderstanding that exists in theeffective teaching. Meanwhile, it provides the broader thinking to solve the problem in theeffective teaching.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. It explains the reason, content, significance, methods ofresearch and so on, and reviews the effective teaching research.The second part elaborates the theory and the core idea about student-based education. It isfrom the philosophy, psychology and sociology angle to discuss. It discusses the viewpoint ofvalue, ethics and behavior view about the core idea of student-based education.The third part discusses the concept of effective teaching. It is discussed the concept of thepeople, knowledge and effective teaching, which is a basis that study the effective teaching.The fourth part elaborates the effective teaching problems that exist in the effectiveteaching, it is from the teaching objective, the teaching process, teaching evaluation to discuss.The last part is about effective teaching principles under the idea of student-based, it is fromnatural principle, subjectivity principle, structural principle and development of the principle toshow effective teaching patterns under the idea of student-based. And it puts forward settlementtactics with the basis of teaching principle.The conclusion is a summary and reflection of this article, at the same time the research puts forward new requirements and recommendations to inspire myself to do better in the future.
