In2004, the16CPC of CPC put forward the scientific proposition that "the construction of socialist harmonious society". Interpersonal harmony is not only the need but also the precondition to construct harmonious society of socialism. The author try to discuss interpersonal harmony under the guidance of Marxism in this paper.There are three parts of this paper.The first chapter sorting and understanding the basic concept of interpersonal harmony in order to analytic interpersonal harmonious thought in the context of Marxist philosophy. Firstly this paper distinguished different forms of human being that include class, group and individual. Interpersonal harmony reasonable extension should contains the harmonious relationship of individual and personal, individual and group, group and group, group and social, personal and social. Then through study the idea of harmony of eastern and western philosophy history to summarize the basic meaning of interpersonal harmony that is in certain historical condition, people who engaged in practice activities while they communicate by the material or spirit present good condition and order and It is beneficial to the stable development of societyThe second chapter from reality of society, Non harmonious interpersonal mainly performance conflict between group and group, and dissimilation of the subject between individual and individual. And explores the causes of Non harmonious interpersonal by the spiritual and material. Material terms, our country in the primary stage of socialism, so there are lots of the non-public sector of the economy in addition to the public, this is the reason that alienation of labor widespread in China now. Alienated labor changed people’s physical and spiritual, the result will inevitably lead to the relationship alienation of people. The various kinds of dross values such as money worship, hedonism, and extreme individualism also generate by alienated labor, and these dross values was fanned into agitation by mass media and adored and believe in by many people, and guiding the behavior of people, so it becomes the psychological factors of harmonious interpersonal. Combined with the analysis of the second chapter the writer puts forward some solutions to the harmonious interpersonal that is to adhere to the people-oriented production which should be constantly meet people labor reasonable material and spiritual need and reduce alienated labor effects on people.2. In the spirit level will promote thematic, enhance the socialist ideology more attractive and cohesion.3. To improve interpersonal rules, promote the interpersonal morality, and the strengthening of the legal construction of the interpersonal.4. To construct harmonious communication mentality.Through these ways we can realize the interpersonal harmony in a certain degree, but fundamentally achieve interpersonal harmony still need the productive forces of highly developed, and eliminate the alienation labor production, need to various social system perfecting, various social undertakings to constantly development and progress.
