The continuous development of information technology, has had a profound significancefor education. Along with the advance of information technology continuously in education,there appear new educational ideas, teaching mode, teaching methods and evaluation methods,especially new learning assessment tools, which changes the traditional way of learningassessment.tools for learning assessment of information technology that have becomes the focusof information technology teaching.Because the tool is a new concept for learning assessment of information technology in theteaching of information technology, there hasn’t established a unified measure so far. Althoughthe tool for learning assessment of information technology has been applied to the schoolteaching, the application effect hasn’t been clear. As the direct manipulation of the tools, thelevel of knowledge and proficiency of the operation in tools for learning assessment ofinformation technology of the teachers are directly related to the effects of the use in primary andsecondary school. In this case, investigating and studying the application of tools for learningassessment of information technology in the primary and secondary schools, not only topresenting the application of tools for learning assessment of information technology in primaryand secondary schools, but also reflecting the level of information of the schools to someextent.they will provide a reference to further promotion on the level of the schools.The results of the questionnaire and interview show that most of the teachers haverecognized the important value of the tool for learning assessment of information technologyreflected in the informational education, and part of the teachers have grasped the evaluatingtheory and the skills of application of it. However, the awareness and skills for application arevery negative and backward. Simultaneously, relating the attention of school administrators andthe configuration of hardware resources and network resources of the school and teacher trainingand many other factors, it encounters some problems in the actual teaching. On the basis ofanalyzing and summarizing the issues, putting forward recommendations to improve theapplication of the application of tools for learning assessment of information technology, inorder for the acceleration, optimization and promotion of the application of tools for learningassessment of information technology widely used in the primary and secondary schools...
