Teacher’s ability of teaching methods, teaching concept of change played a leading roleabout the changes in the process of Information technology education. therefore, teachers’Instructional design performance in the new situation, also met with unprecedented challenges.How to improve teachers’ professional development by teachers’ Instructional designperformance training, is now China’s great concern over one of the projects. The development ofthe modern network technology breaking the teaching limitations in place, time, space hasprovided the favorable technical support to the establishment of teacher training platform. themodern network technology gradually replaces the ways of traditional teachers’ training andbecomes a effective teachers’ training way. The network platform realizes the sharing of thepowerful information resources, and provides a good environment for training teachers andsending teachers, sending the communication between teachers and cooperation interactive. Theresearch of primary and middle school teachers’ Instructional design performance trainingplatform according to the regional characteristics to improve the design and implementation of alocal primary and middle school classroom teaching, improving teachers’ professional qualityhas very important practical significance.This study is unfolded by both theoretical and practical, concrete research content asfollows:First of all, papers releases the problems existing in the training teachers in our country,comparing teacher training situation carries at home and abroad from teacher training contents,and puts forward appropriate to the country’s present situation of network training teachersinfluenced ideas, and understand the current situation of the primary and middle school teachers’Instructional design, clear the theoretical context.Once again, through the literature research, from the point of view of the teaching processto determine the ability of primary and secondary school teachers teaching design connotation,and from the point of view of the classroom teaching process teachers teaching design abilitycore ability set, contains analyzing the teaching goal is students’ learning ability, the ability tograsp the characteristics, design management ability, teaching content of class of generalizationability to extend students’ learning effect, evaluation of various teaching method ability, thechoice and application ability, and according to design it questionnaire, investigates and analyzespresent situation of teachers’ Instructional design performance, and find out the existingproblems, and puts forward the countermeasures based on network platform training,precipitating the necessity of the development of network training platform. Finally, through to the system structure, database, platform technology by selection, complete the training therealization of the platform.In this paper the innovation points is to design and realize the training platform ofimproving the primary and secondary school teachers’ instructional design ability, the platformprovides teachers in teaching design system knowledge and teaching design skills course, and onthe basis of constructivism learning theory in line with the guiding thought, this platform forteachers to provide the study exchange and coordination study support service; Many types oflearning information resources construction but also for teachers’ study provides a moreextensive platform, improve the teaching design capability at the same time, open the teacher’soutlook.This show with the teacher as the main body of the training idea study embodies theteachers training philosophy of subject from the literature research to finally developed apply toimprove the primary and secondary school teachers’ Instructional design performance level ofplatform; and from theoretical basis of different models of the considerations to the realization ofprocess platform are all show to improve teachers’ Instructional design performance as afundamental goal.
