In the era of education information,the form of teachers' participation in training and research gradually has gradually turned to the network.The popularization of network training platform not only maximizes the sharing of educational resources,improves significantly the level of educational informatization,but also brings convenience to teacher training.However,there are still some deficiencies in the current teachers' network training platform,some teachers think that the network training platform can't meet their actual teaching needs.Through the review of domestic and foreign literature,a large number of studies have shown that design thinking can play a great role in promoting the professional development of teachers,which can fundamentally promote the professional development of teachers and improve their teaching ability.Therefore,the construction of teachers' network training platform should be improved from the perspective of developing teachers' design thinking,so as to meet the needs of teachers' professional development and educational reform in the information age.The study adopts literature research and investigation research method to carry out research.Based on the theory of design thinking,it investigates and analyzes 15 primary and secondary school teachers' network training platform,and explores their shortcoming in the training of teachers' design thinking,and puts forward to the construction strategy of the platform.First of all,the study summarizes the research status of teacher network training platform at home and abroad,points out the importance of design thinking to teachers' development,and the necessity of constructing teachers' network training platform for primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of design thinking.Secondly,it expounds the core concepts and basic theories.Thirdly,it introduces in detail the core theoretical basis in the study: the theory of design thinking,and the evaluation framework of primary and it constructs the evaluation framework of primary and Secondary teachers' network training platform based on IEDO's design thinking theoretical model.Fourthly,it formulates the evaluation scale based on the evaluation framework,and investigates and analyzes respectively the number of 15 primary and secondary school teacher's network training platforms,and summarizes the supports that the platform cultivates teachers' design thinking.Finally,it puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the construction of the primary and secondary school teachers' network training platform combined with the relevant literature and conclusions of this study.Through the investigation of this study,this paper analyzes that the deficiencies of the supports of develop teachers' design thinking though the primary and secondary school teachers' network training platform,and puts forward specific strategies and suggestions for the construction of the teacher network training platform from the three dimensions of function,resources and activities.In terms of platform functions,it is necessary to combine synchronous and asynchronous interaction,unblock communication channels,cultivate teachers' problem awareness;Improve the assessment and evaluation system,test the research and study effect,promote the professional development of teachers;enrich the incentive mechanism,arouse the enthusiasm of research and study,and improve the effect of teachers' teaching.In terms of platform resources,information technology tools should be added to cultivate information teaching ability and improve teachers' information literacy;enrich exemplary reflective examples and reflective tools,and train teachers' reflective thinking and ability.In terms of platform activities: improve the leading activities of famous teachers,give full play to the effect of famous teachers,and lead the professional growth of teachers;provide a collaborative learning environment to guide teachers to brainstorm and solve teaching problems efficiently;increase reflective practical training and promote the improvement of teachers' practical knowledge and ability.
