For example, it is good for playing the college instructor’s leading role in the ideological and political education; strengthening the ideological and political education’s attraction, charisma; cultivating good relationship between teachers and students; strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and achieve the goal of the ideological and political education more easily.The third part analyzes the poor performances of the College Counselors’ non-power influence and the reasons for it.
