The Research About The Influence Of The Student Guidances’ Non-power In The University

Ideological and political education has been a focus of the party, the state and society. As the country’s fresh blood, the main force of our country, the ideological and political education of college students is not only related to their own development, but also related to the national macro overall quality and competitiveness. The College Counselors are the most direct bearers of ideological and political education, which is the core strength of the ideological and political education. Therefore, the counselor’s level of influence directly determines the effect of the ideological and political education. College Counselors of non-power influence, reflected by the College Counselors political literacy, moral literacy, knowledge, literacy, etc., thus affecting the students’words and deeds, and this influence is not mandatory for students to accept, but the students recognized and conviction on the basis of students’active obedience, internalization, college counselors non-power in the ideological and political education of college students is more effective than the power. This paper summarize the influence of the non-powers of the College Counselors of background, the significance expand the review, and states the characteristics of the influence of the non-powers of the College Counselors, elements and the application of the theoretical basis. To nine colleges and universities in Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Maritime University, Northeast University of Finance and Economics, Dalian Medical University and other counselors and freshmen at the school and some high school students for the study, carried out empirical research. Through investigation and analysis of the current influence of the non-powers of the College Counselors are still some problems, the main factors are:counselor training and management mechanisms are inadequate, some counselors ideals and beliefs play down the lack of theoretical knowledge; weak part of the counselor ethics lack of charisma and some counselors responsibility is not strong enough, etc. Problems, this paper put forward some suggestions and solutions, especially the improvement methods.
