Achievement goal orientation is the front topic of achievement motivation research, is the extension of the study on goal setting, is the social cognition in achievement motivation in the study of specific performance. As the goal orientation theory researchers applied to other disciplines, has been further development. Achievement goal theory researchers agree that the different goal orientation cause different behavior motivation. University Physical Education Optional Course of many types, but few people will theory of goal orientation for university sports course field office. Based on this, this article in Wuhan City, a representative sample of four college students as the research object, mainly through a questionnaire survey, using spss.17.Odata for statistical processing, aimed to research different achievement goal orientation condition on any course university students sports behavior influence research. The results show that:1College Students’sports as elective choice intention in demographic variables have differences, mainly in the professional orientation, gender, and has significant difference (P<.05). But in the different grade selection tendency is not obvious (P>.05).2high achievement goal orientation to university sports course choice to have very important influence. Main show is in, task orientation as the leading students tend to choose to fitness as the dominant form of curriculum; self directed for leading the students prefer to skills as the leading ball courses.The3task orientation as the leading students to form two class curriculum accredited degrees high in ego orientation, leading students to those not directly show their ability of curriculum accredited degree low.
