In recent years the disaster happens ceaselessly and aggravate, of human life and property has posed a great threat. Have a good response to natural disaster literacy can effectively reduce losses caused by disasters, the disaster education has the attention of all countries. To explore effective disaster education, establish a correct concept of education of disaster prevention and mitigation disaster, to enhance the people of disaster prevention and mitigation disaster consciousness, is the current disaster education is badly in need of strengthening of a task.In China, students of normal colleges in disaster education in China is an important part of the educational system of disaster. The geography of normal school students are the future of the" quasi geography teacher", is our country future disaster education is the main force. To improve this group of disaster consciousness, disaster prevention and mitigation skills, not only in the disaster comes as a relief force, but when they enter the teaching profession to educate the next generation, they can put his experience, skills to instill in the next generation, to improve our national overall disaster education consciousness level of great significance. Compared with western developed countries on disaster education popularization, this aspect in our country still has very big difference. This article mainly aims at the research background, research significance, current situation, content, problem undertook elaborating, citing education theory, through the form of questionnaire, investigation of college geography students in disaster education present situation, investigate the results of statistical analysis, proposed the University geography teacher student disaster education optimization strategy.In this research, the author mainly in the following six parts were described.The first part:the opening guide portions. Mainly elaborated this topic background, research significance, research status, research contents and problems, as well as the research thought and innovation.Part second:Studies in the theory section. First from the classroom reform, and then to make full use of school resources, finally integrate social forces, all-round form a disaster education network.Sixth part:the end of the.
