| Learning is one of the most basic human social practices and plays a very important role in the whole process of human survival and development. Particularly in contemporary society, the status of learning becomes more and more prominent with the rapid development of computer technology, and will become an indispensable part of modern life. Nowadays, with the development of IT and network technology, learning resource plays a more and more important role on learners’ learning especially when it is applied effectively.In2010, the national Ministry of Education issued the "National Medium&Long Term Education Reform and Development Planning Outline" which clearly puts forward that the exploitation and utilization of quality resource is one of the three basic tasks to speed up information-oriented teaching, and emphasizes that the education institutions and departments should strengthen the development and application of high-quality educational resources. However, there exist many problems in the process of construction and application of learning resources domestically, such as the underutilization of existing learning resources and lack of enthusiasm for the use of learning resources for teachers and students. Based on the curriculum "modern educational technology" offered by Huazhong Normal University, the study eventually puts forward learning resource application strategies based mainly on the "Implementation strategy"," Indemnificatory strategy " in view of the existed problems in learning resource utilization under the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interviews and action research. Through the frequency statistics and the exact probability test of students’questionnaire between the two cycles of action research and descriptive statistics of the related course scores, this study analyzes the effectiveness those application strategies. More importantly, the study tries to present the orientation for further study of relevant action research in the hope of providing some reference and ideas on the construction and utilization of learning resources.The focus of the first cycle action research is to improve the whole styles of learning resources application. According to the actual needs of the students, the existing learning resources were artificially integrated, classified and time-sharing applied. Then the learning resources were respectively distributed to students according to the periods—pre-class, while-class and post-class. Based on the former teaching experience, the indemnificatory strategy would be provided to solve the problems that may exist for students in the application of learning resources. On the basis of summary and reflection of the first round action research, in the second round research, the author emphasized her research on the maneuverability and effectiveness levels of the learning resources application, specifically, focused on adjustment and optimization of the content and application form, combined with some further revision and improvement in practice.Through the two rounds of action research, we found that the relevant learning resources which were provided before class can help students to preview. But these learning resources need to be associated, had better match with knowledge map, so as to make it easier for students to integrate new knowledge into the existed knowledge networks; Furthermore, the class should provide more learning resources that students are familiar with, and make the classroom effect more efficient through teaching methods such as oral interrogation, cooperative learning way and so on. |
