Cooperative learning is widely used in many countries in the world as a highly effective teaching models and strategies. In China's current reform of the new curriculum, cooperative learning has been and independent learning, inquiry learning parallel to the three new courses to promote learning. Therefore, cooperation, independent, the inquisition become teachers learning emphases, application of the key. However, in real life, though teachers in subconscious in realized the importance of cooperation for teaching, but how to play the effectiveness of cooperative learning, no one really looked. "No time" or "waste of time" become teachers mantra, but in the same appearance whether because the teacher after the individual teaching abilities vary a substantial difference? Different teachers in teaching that the teaching effect different different emphasis? Teachers in the implementation of cooperative learning should be rigid management or flexible management, etc.In view of the above problems, this paper adopts action research, questionnaire and interviews and other methods, discusses the cooperative learning how the teachers to the effectiveness of the largest play. This paper includes four parts, namely the introduction and analysis of the status of middle school of cooperative learning, cooperative learning effectiveness of secondary action research plan of formulating and implementing, secondary cooperative learning effectiveness research plan of action reflection and modification. Based on the origin of the first two questions, purpose, significance, part of the paper related concepts and existing problems. After two parts combination to formulating relevant solutions and implement, and implementation of the scheme of reflection, after further modification. Specific thesis content is in the middle school language cooperation study on the current situation of in-depth investigation and found that there are a lot of problems: formal cooperative learning, cooperative learning can not properly evaluate the implementation of cooperative learning teachers, lack of effective Participation and guidance, larger class sizes, group formation unscientific, inappropriate timing of cooperative learning, cooperative learning of abuse and so on. According to the analysis of these issues and the implementation of cooperative learning the research process, we propose to improve the effectiveness of secondary language cooperative learning some strategies:(1) the preparation of cooperative learning strategies: The most important theme is to choose meaningful cooperation, according to the teaching content select the appropriate language cooperative learning model, a reasonable set up cooperative learning groups.(2) implementation of cooperative learning strategies: collaboration, including the right to master the timing and process of effective teachers cooperation organization.(3) the evaluation of cooperative learning strategies: creative presents a simple and practical cooperation in the language of learning assessment system, making the evaluation of cooperative learning with continuity.Through the author with partners jointly study show that cooperative learning effectiveness is not rigid time management, its purpose lies in more effectively guide teacher's classroom teaching, students' all-round development. So teachers, students should establish cooperative learning in the teaching of consciousness, improve teaching time efficiency.The innovation of this paper are: (1) proposed a system for cooperative learning strategy, which is an effective way. (2) A practical evaluation system for cooperative learning of language, this is a new exploration.
