At present,with the development of the new curriculum reform,primary school Chinese teaching advocates "independence,cooperation and inquiry learning have been constantly valued and used,and practicing cooperative learning is the most common form of concept.There are many obvious advantages of group cooperative learning:students learn to find problems and explore the problem to enhance the ability to solve problems in their group cooperative learning;they consciously read textbooks,Check information,collect related information,make study notes and cultivate good reading habits and good learning methods;At the same time,they realize the fun of learning in cooperation with each other,and reinforcement learning self-confidence.This has certain guiding significance on how to stimulate students' interest in learning,to enhance the initiative of learning,to achieve the goal of teaching and to cultivate students' all-round development.In addition,as a new type of learning method,group cooperative learning is better than the traditional closed classroom.As a teacher in the new era,we should not only keep up with the times to update the educational concept,but also in the spare time to learn,and strive to improve their business skills.Through practical experience of cooperative learning group,it has although achieved good results,but also highlights a lot of problems,and it shows that our researchers,especially front-line teachers also need to continue to learn.Research ideas of this paper daily from the cooperative learning group,found some problems of the research,aiming at these problems,put forward the strategy and strategy of detection of group cooperative learning teaching process,such a combination of theory and practice.This paper is mainly on the purpose of writing is the problem of effective strategies for Chinese group cooperative learning of primary school under the background of the new curriculum.By means of research and practical investigation,literature research and teaching practice,aiming at the specific situation of the S school do according to local conditions;continuous improvement of existing cooperative learning strategies,so as to promote the learning of the students.In this paper,the method of action research,the main topics from H and L teachers and author in the classroom teaching activities of problems and phenomena of the S primary school.In order to study the group cooperative learning as a starting point,what are the learning and promotion experience.Aiming at the difficulties and problems,the author do the classroom observation,recording,interviews and other related research materials collected,propose a new strategy,and apply the new teaching strategies in class for practical testing once again.Finally,this study makes some reflections and suggestions.This thesis is a research focus on the strategy of service practice,aiming at learning a formality phenomenon to carry out the current team made a more in-depth study,and combining with the teaching test their layers of discussion,put forward the way to solve their problem.In this paper,the introduction of S primary school from the field of H teachers,S primary school to carry out the current group cooperation study of the existence of the "formalization" of the four manifestations of the problem:Paying attention to the interest of classroom leads to the lack of thinking training of students'knowledge;The participation is not balanced between the excellent and poor students;There is no scientific and reasonable design in groups leads to formal cooperative learning.Aiming at the problem how to effectively carry out the group cooperative learning,In this paper,we discuss the four strategies of improving teachers' teaching ability,preparing students,preparing teaching materials,optimizing the participation between the good and the poor students,and teachers'guidance and evaluation of teachers of these four strategies are discussed in detail.By the H teacher to try the targeted strategy,teachers and students performance in the classroom,it shows that the results are generally satisfactory,the strategy has some guidance.Of course,there are still some defects in the revised strategy,which requires researchers and implementers to adjust to it in practice.The evaluation strategy of group cooperative learning attaches great importance to teachers' self reflection.The teacher Continuously optimize strategy by thinking,countless verification,re thinking,and make verification,so as to better guide the practice;At the same time,in practice,constantly explore to improve and optimize the group cooperative learning strategy is a process that it is a process of mutual restriction and mutual promotion.This study is divided into six parts:the first part describes the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,research process and methods,literature review,etc..The second part is to introduce the implementation of S primary school group cooperative learning;the third part is to study the problems of S primary school classroom teaching and combination,the common problems were summed up;the fourth part is aiming at the problems put forward the improvement strategy.The fifth part is the S primary school H teacher,L teachers use the new strategy after the group cooperative learning practice application;the sixth part is the author of the study of the summary and reflection and in the study of personal reflection.Through the reflection of the "new strategy" to achieve the continuous improvement of the group cooperative learning strategy,so as to better achieve the purpose of service practice.
